    delievered very fast, I had a problem with switching on, description and how to use paper unfortunately only written in chinese – a few minutes needed before realising how to switch on (By the way, with «M» – normally it should stay for Memory, here it switches on)
    I started with minimum power, one could feel impulses every second approximately. In the beginning, I felt it just in my feet, after a few minutes, it climbs higher. We shall see if it helps…

    I suffer from decaying nerves in my feet due to life long flat feet and a sports injury. My foot pain is 24/7 and I have tried many forms of pain relief both legal and illegal, lol.

    EMS has been tried before to little effect. I find that this device is truely effective to give short term pain relief.

    The only disadvantage to be aware of is the formation of any dust and dirt upon the surface which will limit the EMS effect. A simple damp cloth clean fixes this.

    I am unsure of the long term beneficial effects. Certainly the foot muscles and lower leg tendons/muscles get a good workout.

    TIP: Massage and bridge between the top of both feet, at the same time, if you want to direct the EMS accross the top of your feet.

Хватает 1-3 по крайней мере пока. Зарядка от адаптера USB. Для включения с пульта ДУ нужно сперва нажать кнопку М на коврике.
